Hi! I'm Gin Blische, a fiber artist and art curator based in the vibrant community of Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Welcome to my fantastical world of needle felted sculptures!
My Journey into Fiber Art
As a needle felting artist, I specialize in creating magical, one-of-a-kind fiber art sculptures that bring fantasy to life. Each piece features my signature sculpted eyes and facial features - a technique that gives my creatures their unique personality and soul.
My specialty? Custom pet portraits with character that capture the essence of your beloved companions, alongside a variety of animals and whimsical fantasy creatures like dragons, owls, and mystical beings that seem to hold ancient secrets.
Beyond the Studio
I'm not just a fiber art sculptor - I'm also the founder of GB Art Curation, where I organize and curate art exhibitions at Latitude 26 Art Gallery and Wine Bar here in Lake Worth Beach. There's something magical about bringing artists together and creating spaces where art can truly shine.
Teaching & Sharing the Magic
Through my "Needlefelting Live!" and in person classes, I love sharing the meditative art of needle felting with fellow creatives in South Florida. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, I believe everyone can create something beautiful with wool and a felting needle.
The Process
Each handmade sculpture begins as raw wool and transforms through hundreds of needle pokes into creatures that seem to breathe with life. From tiny rabbits to majestic grizzly bears, every piece tells a story and finds its perfect home.
Currently, I'm working on an exciting commission for the Cultural Council of the Palm Beaches - a "Midsummer Night's Dream" installation that will debut in November 2025.
